The clip opens with Regia and Karen, two rival whores, meeting at their favorite spot to service customers. However, their business is interrupted by the arrival of a newcomer named Karla, who quickly proves herself to be a threat to their livelihoods. In an attempt to regain command, Regia and Karen decide to take matters into their own hands by shitting on Karla's face and mouth, effectively putting her in her place.
